AVOID- Caution false advertisingI purchased the Brush X online 22nd July 2020 as a gift for my wife. After 6 months of waiting and emailing to try and see where the product was I have eventually been informed it was blocked/unsent. The website assured Worldwide Shipping but they don't. I was given numerous false explanations like order shipped, order in transit, order lost, order blocked.... no genuine apology for wasting my time and now advised refund may take 6-8 days.WARNING: They are using a number of social media platforms and influencers to push their product and sales but avoid it purchase genuine reputable products such as REVLON.Disgraceful and social media platforms should immediately remove any promotional posts or reviews.
