My experience with the company has been rather upsetting. I received my Gen 2 and enjoyed it for about a month, until it started malfunctioning. Every time I would turn it on it smelled like an electrical fire. I reached out to the company TWICE and have yet to receive a response back. Very disappointed. Will never buy from this company again.
