I joined my builder two weeks ago, and in two weeks iv sent over 15 emails through the app about scam leads where they charge you anything from 5english sterling to £35, (bearing in mind 4-7 people will also of paid this, I’ll give you an example some one invited me to pay £17 for a great opportunity I clicked on the lead and got a contact number I rang this number 2 or 3 times with out a reply then a guy from London from this number (bearing in mind I live in West Yorkshire) rang me back saying he wa also looking for work and wa an electrician, I said how could a electrician from London who’s looking for work also have a great opportunity for a bricklayer in Yorkshire he said he’d been promised the same great opportunity but it cost him £25 quid, the contact number for my builder is a fake number, theses guys want a life sentence for the scams there pullin, absolutely shocking, can’t get in touch and won’t reply to emails but will send you a £156 bill for week when you’ve done a £300 job,
I rang one lady up in Leeds after getting another invite and she’s had the job done the previous week, so again I emailed my builder threw the app and never received an email back just received a bill, I’m going to contact Hmrc or trading standards in the morning because it’s ridiculous
I’ll keep every1 posted and I’ll keep emailing them every day tht week alone there was over £50 of scam leads and Iv still not received an email back from them.
