I am a tradesperson on this platform and I am extremely concerned by recent experiences. I have been consistently charged "lead fees" for accounts that turn out to be completely non-responsive (dead leads). More alarmingly, the "clients" that do respond immediately push to communicate via WhatsApp, where they send a fraudulent link claiming I need to pay to "verify" my status. This is a blatant phishing scam.
It appears the platform is failing to vet these "customers," resulting in tradespeople being double-charged: first by the platform for the fake lead, and then by scammers via phishing links. Despite reporting this, I am still being charged for these fraudulent leads. Avoid until they fix their security.
