I purchased the ring first

I purchased the ring first. I have been wearing it for about six months. Not only is it cute, but I noticed a difference in my anxiety very quickly. I wear two rings, one silver and one gold and two pairs of earrings one silver and one gold. I never leave the house without them in and I sleep wearing the rings. I find I sleep better and my hot flashes are at a bare minimum.

Initially dubious but totally converted!

I honestly was a bit dubious about trying Calmi, but as a 47-year-old perimenopausal woman I'm fighting battles on various fronts right now and thought even if it didn't work it was still lovely jewellery. The product arrived within a couple of weeks, was well packaged and exactly as advertised on the website. As to its efficacy, I'm converted. Whilst it doesn't seem to have done much for my menobelly (although to be fair that would have been nothing short of a miracle, given the amount of other things I've got going on right now) it has worked wonders for my levels of balance and calm. I honestly wouldn't be without it and now have all styles in both gold and silver to ensure that I can always be wearing a piece. I'd say this is a product that will likely have different results for different people but it's definitely worked a treat for me.

I feel better after trying Calmi. My mood is calmer, I'm sleeping better and I'm not getting the hot flashes as regularly as I used to. Id recommend any peri menopausal women desperate for a natural solution to try this brand.
