I would urge you to consider NOT buying from this company purely because there is no customer service. I have been emailing since before 21st December 2024 regarding a purchase with zero response. If you receive a faulty product or you have a query or concern there is no way to address this or receive any recompense.
I ordered 2 rings Dec 13th. The shipping never updated. I reached out and I kept getting a canned response to be patient and that it was still in transit. I emailed Jan 3rd and they sent a response that something went wrong and were reshipping - I was suppose to get a tracking number within 24 hours - still nothing. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I tried calling. But number is busy 24/7. I am currently trying to get my money back - this has caused me so much anxiety!!!!

I purchased this ring for my husband as a gift. I received the ring 2 weeks after I purchased it. When I opened the package, I realized the ring is a lot smaller and less substantial than I thought. Even though the size is adjustable, there was no way it was going to fit on my husband’s finger. I emailed the company to start the return process and was given a shipping address in China. I was to ship the ring back there, wait 4-5 business days for them to inspect the ring then I might receive a refund. Needless to say, the cost to ship to China, plus the long wait will not be worth the return.

Never received my rings in the mail. The photo of the delivery was NOT my property yet my email confirmation said my rings were delivered.The photo sent showed the package behind a metal gate on a dirt partway on some random property. There is no part of my property that resembles the picture delivery confirmation at all!Avoid this company at all costs!
