They know their product is subpar and that customers may regret their purchase, but then they hit you with an unexpected second payment due to the subscription you can't easily cancel. Once the money is withdrawn, it's too late—there's no customer support, no apologies, and no refunds, just a response claiming it was in the terms and conditions, which are very much concealed. Truly a scam!
