Appalling. In no way worked as advertised, barely scraped generic PID data, and couldn't even find a deliberately placed fault or any others. Nothing Volvo specific available, and no coding either.No response to customer service contacts - not even a courtesy reply! Cannot cancel the subscription so am instating a total block on Carly with my bank.Complete waste of money - get a proper diagnostic system; it's worth the extra!
