1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Company & Customer ServiceI purchased a CAROTE pots and pans set less than 30 days ago, and it was defective right out of the box. You’d think a company would stand behind a product that’s not even a month old — CAROTE does not.Instead of honoring a simple warranty replacement, they told me they “don’t know” when they can replace it because the color I purchased is no longer available. Their solution? Send me random mismatched colors. That is completely unacceptable. I didn’t pay for a Frankenstein cookware set.Customer service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. No accountability, no timeline, no effort to make things right. Just excuses and a “too bad” attitude. I felt talked down to and brushed off, as if standing behind their own product was somehow my unreasonable request.This company clearly cares more about pushing products than supporting customers once they’ve taken your money. If you value basic warranty protection, respectful treatment, or competent customer service, do yourself a favor and buy from literally any other brand.CAROTE has proven they cannot be trusted to stand behind their products. I deeply regret this purchase.
