Review Time
Just bought my first set last month. Bought them on sale for $45 regular price $100 from Walmart com. Wanted to try the detachable handles. Everything was going good. Tonight I cooked 2 grilled cheese sandwiches in the pan and now have gray stains on the inside from where the pan burnt. Hoping to get the stains off I have only had them for 3 weeks and threw away the box so can't return to Walmart. Won't be buying this brand again. Will go back to using my Pioneer Woman set
Bought a set of knives. Did not last 6 months and started coming apart. Company wouldn’t back warranty, This companies product is horrible and I would never consider buying from them again. I gave them 1 star because there was a lower rating.
1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Company & Customer ServiceI purchased a CAROTE pots and pans set less than 30 days ago, and it was defective right out of the box. You’d think a company would stand behind a product that’s not even a month old — CAROTE does not.Instead of honoring a simple warranty replacement, they told me they “don’t know” when they can replace it because the color I purchased is no longer available. Their solution? Send me random mismatched colors. That is completely unacceptable. I didn’t pay for a Frankenstein cookware set.Customer service was incredibly rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. No accountability, no timeline, no effort to make things right. Just excuses and a “too bad” attitude. I felt talked down to and brushed off, as if standing behind their own product was somehow my unreasonable request.This company clearly cares more about pushing products than supporting customers once they’ve taken your money. If you value basic warranty protection, respectful treatment, or competent customer service, do yourself a favor and buy from literally any other brand.CAROTE has proven they cannot be trusted to stand behind their products. I deeply regret this purchase.
Bought a 21 piece set for Christmas. Abided by all the rules. Hand washed everything with dawn. Went to use a small pot to boil water and the plastic coating is coming off. It has only been 2 weeks! This is the worst pan set i have ever bought. Dont waste your money.
I live in the uk and bought the full set with utensils as I needed a set suitable for an induction cooktop- absolutely LOVE them, they arrived on time well packed, they look great and are surprisingly light weight, the wash beautifully and are great on the hob and in the oven, can’t recommend them enough!
I ordered a set of these from their web site for £50. I have not received them after over 1 month. I have sent emails to their customer service email but just keep getting replies asking me to be patient. The last email I received said that my email could not be delivered.
I ordered this a set of cookware from Carote via Walmart. It arrived on May 31 and was inappropriate for my use (HUGE pans). I returned it to Walmart on June 1, 2025. I have contacted both Walmart and Carote via the Walmart customer service website. It is August 7, and the only response I’ve gotten is that my money has been refunded. I have looked thru my online bank statements and have called my bank repeatedly: no such refund for the amount paid has been deposited into my account and Walmart/Carote say that they have “cleared” their accounts of my “refund” and nothing more can be done. I am out just under $100; as a senior on SS, this is no small matter for me. DO NOT BUY AND EXPECT A REFUND IF RETURNED.
