I ordered this a set of cookware from Carote via Walmart. It arrived on May 31 and was inappropriate for my use (HUGE pans). I returned it to Walmart on June 1, 2025. I have contacted both Walmart and Carote via the Walmart customer service website. It is August 7, and the only response I’ve gotten is that my money has been refunded. I have looked thru my online bank statements and have called my bank repeatedly: no such refund for the amount paid has been deposited into my account and Walmart/Carote say that they have “cleared” their accounts of my “refund” and nothing more can be done. I am out just under $100; as a senior on SS, this is no small matter for me. DO NOT BUY AND EXPECT A REFUND IF RETURNED.
