I ordered 2 sets of the carote pots and pans through walmart.com when they arrived one set of pans was in a box the other set was unboxed the set that was unboxed didn't have handles so I emailed walmart and they put me in touch with someone and we emailed back and forth I sent pictures of how my sets arrived and told the lady I needed 2 handles after waiting 2 weeks after 0 contact from the first email, I emailed the lady asking about the status of the handles she replies with how many handles were needed, I returned the email with the screen shots of the emails I sent to her and she replied too and I said once again 2 handles were needed then I said I guess it's a problem to get 2 handles to use so I would be returning them back to Walmart and that's exactly what I did!
