No response from customer service after 6 weeks.All three frying pans have handles that are discoloring and one of them let off a horrible chemical smell when I used it, so bad that I had to air out my house for hours and put the pan outside. UPDATE: it has been almost 1 year since I contacted them and still no response from CAROTE frying pans. Their pan's handles melt easily and emit TOXIC odors. They do not honour any warranties. Their website talks about replacement handles, yet clearly they have no desire to engage with customers who want new handles. The product is faulty.
