I can not say enough positive things about Carpe. First, customer service is top notch. Everyone on the customer service team goes above and beyond to help me. My first order arrived with an empty package. The package was cut open and the items removed somewhere during delivery. Once I contacted Carpe, they apologized and replaced my order free of charge. Recently, by mistake, I placed two orders which I did not need. I contacted them and they quickly cancelled one of the orders and gave me a 30% discount code for the remaining order. I am blown away at how much they care about their customers. Also, this is the ONLY product that has helped my son and me. We are customers for life!
