I would actually give 0 stars if that were an option, and wish I had thought to check the reviews prior to prior to ordering two hoodies that my daughter wanted for Christmas.As others have indicated, the customer service is HORRIBLE, ie. non-existent. I reached out within 2 days of receiving my poor-quality items to request return labels to send the items back, and it took over 2weejs to receive an automated response, despite claims in their policy that they will respond within a couple of business days. I responded to that message, and have since reached out repeatedly, always receiving the exact same automated message and no other information. The company’s lack of regard for customers is absolutely shameful and actually quite criminal when it comes to stealing customer’s hard-earned money. Learn from my mistake, do yourself a favour, and spend your money with a trustworthy, reputable seller.
