If I could give negative stars, I would. I regret not checking reviews first, as my experience matches many others. I ordered $140 worth of outfits on 11/28 for Christmas gifts, but on 12/24, I received a cheap set of pajamas instead. I've received frustrating emails just like others. I intended to return the items, but after reading these reviews, it seems I may not get my money back after returning them! This is unbelievable!
I placed an order on Black Friday, and it's now been over six weeks without delivery. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for an online retailer. To make matters worse, the package is allegedly at my local postal service, but they won't release it unless I pay an additional fee. I was already charged for shipping, so I shouldn't have to pay again due to their shipping mistake. I've requested a full refund, but their customer service has been disappointing throughout this ordeal. I would not recommend this company at all.
This has been a terrible experience. The color was incorrect, and the quality was poor. They refuse to accept returns, and I will have to pay for shipping. In hindsight, I should have disputed the charge with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.
I placed my order at the beginning of December and immediately tried to cancel after seeing negative reviews. For a month, I've been dealing with unhelpful customer service that sends only automated replies. After three weeks of being told my order would be canceled, I was informed it was too late. Over a month has passed, and my item still hasn't arrived. They also mentioned I have to pay for return shipping to another country, despite their website claiming they are based locally and provide pre-paid labels. They've now refused to honor that promise.
I wish I could give five negative stars. They sent me items I didn’t order, including an oversized outfit that is way too big for me. Returning it is a hassle, requiring multiple photos and details they don’t provide. SCAM. Buyer beware.
