This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order on November 25, and as of December 15, it still hadn't shipped. I've emailed them twice with no response, and there's no phone number available. I've received countless promotional emails, but they can't even ship my original order. It's now December 18, and I've received a tracking number that says my order will arrive in 10-15 days, but it’s shipping from overseas, not the location stated on their website. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Clearly, I won't get my order in time for Christmas.
