After placing my order, I did not receive any confirmation or receipt. Nearly a month later, I reached out via email using my payment details, and on the same day, I finally got a confirmation of my message, followed by another email with tracking details a few hours later. The order arrived three days after that, but unfortunately, the pajamas were of very low quality—thin, barely stretchy, and poorly constructed.
I usually check reviews before purchasing, but I overlooked that this time. This company ships from overseas! I paid for expedited shipping, yet it won't arrive before Christmas. I might return the item or dispute the charge with my credit card provider.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order on November 25, and as of December 15, it still hadn't shipped. It's now December 18, and I've received a tracking number that says my order will arrive in 10-15 days, but it’s shipping from overseas, not the location stated on their website. ⚠️Deceptive Return Policy — Caution!⚠️ I ordered from this company and needed to return the product within the allowed timeframe. They've now informed me that I must ship it back internationally and cover the high shipping costs, which they never mentioned prior to purchase. This makes returning the item nearly impossible. Very disappointing and feels misleading. I would not recommend this company.
They don't even deserve one star. I called multiple times but got disconnected after providing my name. I also couldn't access their site with different browsers, as it said it couldn't be reached. My security software flagged it as dangerous. I didn't receive this warning when I placed my order. I will try to use the email address on my receipt to contact them, but I doubt it will work.
