This company is a major scam! I ordered pajamas for my family, but they sent a completely different item that had been tried on by someone else. I attempted to return it according to their policy but received a ridiculous response about high shipping costs. My only options were to accept a 20% refund or return the item for 50% store credit. Why would I want to order from them again? They claimed the original order was out of stock, but my husband ordered an extra pair that arrived just fine. Eventually, I accepted the 20% refund, but a month later, I still haven't received anything. I'm not optimistic about this situation.
