This is a rogue operation - BE WARNED!This is my second post as I am still waiting since placing my order early December with no sight of my parcel! After repeatedly trying to request a refund I received the below crap from their outsourced customer service operation which doesn’t even have a clue regarding my order status! Ignore all other comments on trust plot stating they are great for family photos etc! They’re as fake as the website itself….The reply…. And Mark (whoever you are) you’re no customer service champion. Trust me!We understand your concern regarding the delay in shipment. As per our policy, once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund unless the item is returned to us after delivery. However, to resolve this matter promptly, we recommend the following steps: 1) If the item has been shipped, kindly allow time for delivery. Upon receipt, you may initiate a return if the product is unopened and in its original condition.2) If the shipment delay persists and the item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate further with our shipping partner.
