Ordered full set of matching PJ's for Christmas for family, including toddler and Dog. Paid the extra fee for 3-5 days shipping. Items should have arrived on the 23rd at the latest. On the 24th I noticed that my card had been charged, but still nothing sent. I sent an email asking for an update. No response yet. At end of business day on the 26th I sent one more email canceling the order, and I called my bank to dispute the charge. I uunderstand holidays are busy, but don't process a fee promising 3-5 days shipping if you can not ship within that timeline.
