The entire experience was quite stressful due to a complete lack of communication. There were constant changes to travel arrangements and incorrect information regarding hotels and their ratings. Although additional fees were paid for upgraded seating on the flight, the seats were never booked or paid for with the airline. We received a document confirming a guaranteed cabin allocation on the cruise ship, which turned out to be inaccurate as the ship's documentation stated otherwise. This service appears to prioritize quick payments over fulfilling their promises. I encountered many other travelers who had similar negative experiences with this company. It's baffling how they continue to operate with such inadequate service and misleading practices.
