Matthew was fantastic, with all the information I was asking for, helping me being a first-time cruiser to understand fully of what I had purchased and how to book dining, theatre shows etc. Explaining shore excursions and what I need to do, helping with information in regard to registering with the cruise liner so I get all updates and possible discounts that may come out for things to do with my cruise, also apps for transfer and so, so, so much more

The entire experience was quite stressful due to a complete lack of communication. There were constant changes to travel arrangements and incorrect information regarding hotels and their ratings. Although additional fees were paid for upgraded seating on the flight, the seats were never booked or paid for with the airline. We received a document confirming a guaranteed cabin allocation on the cruise ship, which turned out to be inaccurate as the ship's documentation stated otherwise. This service appears to prioritize quick payments over fulfilling their promises. I encountered many other travelers who had similar negative experiences with this company. It's baffling how they continue to operate with such inadequate service and misleading practices.
Holly has been incredibly helpful, especially considering the various issues we faced before connecting with her. During our initial booking, we spoke with a representative who didn’t clearly communicate that the cabin class available through the service had certain restrictions. We assumed we were getting a standard Classic Verandah Suite. It was only after engaging with other passengers in a Facebook group for our cruise that we learned about specific reviews regarding the cabin we were assigned. Those reviews highlighted problems with cabin 8062, particularly the layout and that it faced the rear instead of the front. This caused discomfort during rough seas, which we had never experienced before as we typically choose forward-facing cabins. Additionally, the cabin had an interconnecting door to the next one, leading to noise issues, as conversations from the adjoining cabin could be easily overheard. To comply with consumer laws, potential customers should be thoroughly informed about these concerns related to the cabin class sold by the service. While the representative might not have known the specific cabin number at the time of our booking, they should have been aware that it wouldn’t be a standard Classic Verandah Suite and that there could be issues. Holly mentioned we could request a cabin change, but that would depend on the company's discretion and might result in an even less desirable cabin. This is quite disappointing given the cost of the cruise, especially since we've previously booked with other providers without any cabin allocation issues, where we were clearly informed about our cabin details and had the opportunity to confirm our preferences.
