The customer support team was fantastic both before and after the purchase. They quickly addressed our questions about fitting a specific model over the phone or through email. The canvas covers arrived, and the front ones fit well. However, the rear seat cover for this model is not satisfactory, leading us to consider a return. Accessing the backrest is tricky, and the lightweight straps are hard to manage. We used a long piece of plastic to help guide the straps but the horizontal strap will never fit correctly. Aligning the armrest cover's Velcro also requires considerable effort. Other suppliers seem to offer better solutions, though they are pricier. Overall, we're happy but would prefer an improved rear seat option.
