The car seat covers were delivered 7 business days after their initial purchase, exactly as stated on their website. As they are custom-made to fit my specific seat configurations, a short wait is expected, which is reasonable given the quality of the covers and their diligent craftsmanship.

They fit my seats like a glove and cover every part perfectly, which is excellent! Once installed, they genuinely look fantastic, as if factory-made for my car. It did take me a little while to put them on by myself, but that is simply because they are made to fit the seats so precisely, which is preferred, as these covers are meant to last. I will say the instructions were confusing at times, and I did have to unbolt and remove my rear seats and panels to wrap the covers on them, but once I started putting the covers on and familiarising myself with the seats, it all became self-explanatory and totally worth all the hard work in the end.

The material itself is very comfortable and feels secure once fitted. The covers do not slip at all and feel nicely wrapped around the seats, which makes them comfortable to sit on and reassuring during everyday driving, so I never worry about adjusting them. The stitching also appears very durable and well finished, contouring to the shape of the seats as much as a seat cover can.

While their custom seat covers may seem expensive, these are definitely worth the price! I purchased the waterproof Black Neoprene Rip Curl covers for both the front and back seats of my car, and I couldn’t be happier with how they look and feel. I also got the Rip Curl steering wheel cover and the matching rubber floor mats, and they are just as good as the seat covers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering custom seat covers.

Exceptional support throughout

The support team offered exceptional help both before and after the purchase. They quickly answered our questions about fitting a specific model via phone or email. We received the canvas covers, and the front ones fit perfectly. However, the rear seat cover for this model is not satisfactory, prompting us to consider a return. Accessing the backrest is challenging, and maneuvering the lightweight straps is difficult. We used a long piece of plastic to guide the straps, but the horizontal strap will never fit properly. Additionally, aligning the armrest cover's Velcro requires significant effort. Other suppliers seem to provide better options, though at a higher cost. Overall, we're satisfied but would like a more effective rear seat solution.
