I have been a loyal customer for more than a year, but my latest delivery arrived with a completely broken parcel. After sending pictures to the company and explaining that the items inside were damaged, they only issued a £6 refund despite my total expenditure of £61. Reaching a manager to escalate the issue was impossible. I definitely cannot recommend this service.
