After being a loyal customer for over a year, my most recent delivery arrived with a completely broken parcel. I sent pictures to the company and explained that the contents were damaged, but they only issued a £6 refund, despite my total spend of £61. It was impossible to reach a manager to escalate the issue. I cannot recommend this service.
