I did sign up for this service a year ago, found it to be unusable, but paid for a year anyway. I am sure this company has the technology to see that my account hasn't been touched in over a year. I did not realize that they use the sneaky tactic of yearly billing without any future consent or advisement that a new billing period has arrived. I contacted them within one day of the new yearly bill to ask that my account be canceled and refunded. They were very rude and flat-out refused to even consider it. I have now paid them almost $400 for a service I NEVER USED. This is very upsetting.EDITED: The company owner did offer to refund the fee. Hopefully they will honor this.
