We had a terrible experience with Mydesigns.io. The tag feature was not helpful at all since all the tags are rubbish. Cancelling (tried 3 browsers) did also not work (how convenient). I am glad we did not use my credit card directly, but PayPal. We were given no refund even though the promised features did not work properly and we barely used it.
