My first encounter with the "MyDesigns" company goes back to August 6, 2023. I purchased a year of their services. On November 25, 2023, the MyDesigns company ran a promotion for an upgraded plan. I purchased this upgraded plan with the understanding that my previous purchase of the basic plan would be refunded to me on prorated terms. This understanding was based on the community board message posted by the owner of MyDesigns, Curtis Blackmore. However, the prorated refund never materialized. I wrote a message to the company asking to look into it, but I never got any reply.After trying out the upgraded services for several hours, I realized they were not meeting my expectations, and I canceled the service on the same day, November 25, 2023, using a button on my account page. To my surprise, instead of refunding me the costs, the note on my account stated that my cancellation was pending a year from the day of purchase. I wrote a message to the MyDesigns company using their refund form link, explaining that I was unsatisfied with the service and would like to cancel it and ask for a refund. I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment.According to the MyDesigns refund policies posted on the company’s website, if I am not satisfied with the service for any reason, I can get a refund within seven days of making a purchase. I requested the refund on the same day I made a purchase. I contacted the company via the contact form as suggested on their website. I contacted the company through the community messages board. I didn’t get any response. It seems to me that MyDesigns company deliberately avoids any communications while deceiving their customers. My advise - stay away from this company.
