I was a bit the same as a previous reviewer in that I thought this company was a NZ based company due to the .co.nz email address. Original order got lost in the post (no fault of mydogtags whatsoever, just a reflection on current delivery issues during the pandemic). After I contacted mydogtags, they promptly resent the original order and this one arrived literally within days. Product (name tag and harness) are of excellent quality at a good price with excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for any better really.
