I initially believed the website was based in New Zealand, but I discovered otherwise when my tags didn't arrive within the usual NZ shipping timeframe. It wasn't until I examined the website more closely that I found it ships from overseas—specifically Switzerland. The tags eventually arrived weeks later, but I never received a tracking number, and my emails inquiring about the delay went unanswered. I'm also uncertain if the tags are genuinely engraved. Time will tell, but I wouldn't recommend this website.
I ordered a tag for my puppy, believing it was a local website, but it shipped from overseas. It has been three weeks and the tag still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to the company three times without any response. I'm very disappointed and hope it arrives soon, if it ever does.
I'm very pleased with the products we received. The name tag is just the right size for our small pup. It's great that there is space for writing on both sides, allowing us to include his name and our contact number. We're also happy with the lead, poo bags, and toothbrush we purchased.
