I was going to write a bad review, having read all the others and agreeing with them. However, I re-read their website and need to write otherwise. I was initially annoyed that they are not located in New Zealand, but then I realised, no where on their website do they claim to be a NZ company, they just utilise the .co.nz website address (can be misleading, but they do not claim to be NZ based). Yes, it takes time for my order to arrive, which is annoying and had I looked into it better, I would have ordered locally. But, in their terms of use on their website it does say they will dispatch within a time frame and after that they can't be responsible for any delays etc. Fair enough in this pandemic-postal delay-time. I ordered the wrong sized tags and hoped to catch them in time before they posted. They sent a friendly and helpful response to change that within a day, which was great. Product is as expected. I would consider ordering again outside of the pandemic or if I'm not in a rush, but postal delays are not down to them. Would be great if there was an option to add international tracked courier or something for an extra charge, but again, that can't guarantee quick postage in these times!
