It wasn't until I examined the website more closely that I found it ships from overseas—specifically Switzerland. The tags eventually arrived weeks later, but I never received a tracking number, and my emails inquiring about the delay went unanswered. I'm also uncertain if the tags are genuinely engraved. Time will tell, but I wouldn't recommend this website.
