Untrustworthy. My father attempted to buy a ticket and paid a £200 deposit. When he called after 9 AM as instructed, they questioned why he didn’t call exactly at that time. They disputed the payment, only to offer a ticket at a higher price than advertised. I truly wonder how they remain in business. I hope authorities investigate and shut them down. Please, do not trust this website; opt for more reliable travel agents, ideally in person rather than online.
