My experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a scam. I was told my flight was reserved after paying a £100 deposit, with the remaining balance due later. Initially, everything seemed legitimate, but after a few days, I lost access to my reservation link. When I inquired, the agent said it was a temporary system issue. On the payment day, despite multiple calls, I received no response, and another agent acted as if no reservation existed. They offered me much more expensive flights after claiming my original booking was canceled. I sought a refund for my deposit, but they only offered a partial refund and a voucher, which I declined. Thankfully, I managed to get my money back through my bank. I want to caution others about this service.
