Terrible service, I was scammed. Will never use them again, and I would not recommend anyone to be tortured like i was. I reserved a ticket and paid the booking fee. I insisted to pay in full and they refused was told to finish paying a week later to follow company procedure. When i had to pay the balance, i was told the ticket had gone up due to airline issues beyond their control and i had to pay significantly more and this clause was not disclosed when i booked the ticket. I requested for a refund of my booking fee since they failed to provide the ticket they sold me due to their system issues and they refused and they kept insisting on selling me an overpriced ticket, offering vouchers as compensation. They made me search for cheaper quotes today so that they could match them and when i provided them they still did not match them and started condemning other agents and even airlines just to get me to pay more for their over priced ticket. They kept me online for 3hours promising to help and ended up dropping the call on me without resolving the issue, with no ticket and no refund and being rude about it. I felt emotionally abused and lied to and scammed as I would have appreciated transparency from the beginning and to take responsibility to refund my booking fee after failing to secure and provide the ticket we agreed on.
