It was my 1st time using this company last year and there was communication break down, down the line between staff and payment department that lead to fare increase to my ticket,however, they corrected the mistake by issuing a voucher of £400 to match the difference. At 1st,I thought it was their trick just to cool me down but today, I booked the flight and they kept their promise. I was served by Annie she listened to my experience very professionally/empathetically she promised to do better to gain my trust. She got me the best deal from London to NBO and extended the voucher date so I can utilise it. Very understanding. And there was no issue today with the payment, Annie followed it up plus I received my Eticket almost immediately.I'm glad they kept their promise and trust back.
