A name called Isha called me for a cheap flight on December and I said ok i will pay full right now if you can provide me a ticket then she transfer it to her colleague so I spoke with Ibrahim, this guy promise me if I pay £100 each they will reserve our seat which 4 of us and give me the flight confirmation and he said that thier ticket office is not available at that time and promise to settle the bill the next day and get the ticket and I pay £400 and I ask what time is the best time to call to settle the payment he said anytime and I said I will call you after lunch and he said no don't worry we will call and straight away I knew i was already scam by this guy and regret paying him £400 went straight to thier reviews same scenario that is happening. And I'm still hoping that they will not do it to me, nextday as the days goes and i called them after lunch asking for Ibrahim they said Ibrahim is not available i knew it and transfer the call to the lady ticket office and told me that my seat which is I paid is gone and they have alternative flights for us which the price i suppost to pay is £1740 and they quoted me £5000 to £6000 which is not acceptable, if this reviews have to paste screenshot I will copy here, then I ask for refund this guy he said he is the manager told me that I need to pay £100 for Cancellation fee because i cancel the flight, I didn't cancel anything they cancelled it for me, there's no flight confirmation and it's not even booked, the one they gave me is fake I would love to screenshot here but I can't. So I don't have any option I said to him the £100 for a fee is my all saints day gift. And the refund took me 25 days to process from 17/10 to 10/11 because they keep on delaying it. Trust me I have all the conversation and quotations this company will took advantage of your money. Don't ever entertain thier call they are all lies.
