Big thanks to Sarah for your patience and support booking this flight...if it was not for your brilliant customer service I would not have booked this excellent flight. I used MyDreamFlight.co.uk to book my trip to Gambia. The prices were very reasonable and you get two 23kg pieces of luggage plus hand luggage...no overweight case on this trip.I paid my deposit but unfortunately when I came to pay of my balance I was told that my original flight had been placed on hold and had to find and alternative. Sarah came through with a great new flight (though it was £180). Sarah managed to get me £100 compensation that can be used on any airline in the future.Unfortunately when I tried to pay, my bank came back with a warning about the company being involved with fraud... I was about to cancel all dealings, however Sarah work hard to reassure me that MyDreamFlight is a reputable company with 10 year in services...she even went as far as booking my ticket and sending over my itinerary in advance . This act of faith and kindness made such a difference.I have recommended MyDreamFlight.co.uk to my friends and will be using them again the future.Please be aware of counterfeit companies as there are fraudsters using a similar name to con people out of their money.
