Bad customer service

I called the agency the day before yesterday about getting a ticket and I insisted that I want to pay for that ticket straight away because it was a really good ticket for me and my infant. So they sent me an email to pay £120 deposit which is not what I asked I said send me the full payment amount the they replied around 6 and I paid at 7 then called them that I’ve paid the £120 no answer. Then they send me and email to confirm my booking at 11pm at night which is weird because why send an email that late!. So I don’t confirm till 11am apparently I was meant to waking up at 11pm to see the confirmation by 9am btw I have an infant who been up all night. Then I called my ticket was gone and to get a new one it’s extra money 🤣where I’m I meant to get more??? Im so disappointed with my dream flights because my partner has flew with them. Now they won’t issue my £120 back and this lady Sarah wasn’t even listening to me talking over me. Since when u able to send a confirmation that late at night!! And they fully email u that if I don’t call back they won’t pay a single penny so UNPROFESSIONAL. Threaten to sue for my money 🤣
