My Husband, paid a deposit and shortly after he read the reviews and realised they seemed dodgy. He called and asked them to cancel within an hour of ordering. It's been 3 months now and they still have not refunded his money. They claimed they would repay him in vouchers which he refused. Just now he called them in my presence and the disgusting person whom he spoke to told him he will not get back a penny and also called my husband a black bustard.Below is edited text added today 25th March 2024, in reply to these criminal's response to my review.First and Foremost if you understood how to read English, you would have seen that I said my husband was the customer!!! Also, I observed him being disrespected by one of you.I would never feedback maliciously regarding any business as this is not my way. Everything, I have said is valid, my husband is pursuing you for his monet therefore, I do not need to say anymore. I was disgusted at your staff behaviour and the way in which he spoke to my husband, utterly disgusting behaviour.
