I found their site on line and they called me up spoke to Rahul and he was very kind and patient and I mentioned I was afraid as I had read on line about the bad reviews. He told me not to worry and helped me find a return ticket to Lagos in July 2023 so he said that I had to use the viva wallet link to pay £100 on the 11.05.23 and the balance 9am 15.05.23. Pleaseant call lots of emails confirming everything. Then the problems starts so 15.05.23 9am came and no call from Rahul and I start to have a sinking feeling and the staff are very clever they start by making out they can't hear you, to Rahul is not hear, transferring you to ticket department, call later, i called over 10 times and couldnt get anyone to take the payment. By 5pm I am told yes but Madame you have missed the due time. I then checked with Turkish Airline no booking was ever made and that ticket price did not exist. THIS IS A CON A SCAM AND YOU HAVE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They have not made any effort to refund. I think I will never see the money I paid. DISGUSTING COMPANY IN A COST OF LIVING CRISIS THE OWNER OF THIS CON SCAM COMPANY THINKS ITS OK TO TAKE EVERYONES HARD EARNED CASH. I HAVE PASSED THE DETAILS TO THE MET POLICE AND THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND HE NEEDS TO BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED FOR FRAUD
