I initially found this website whilst looking for a flight to Jamaica when the search engine asks you if you want to compare the prices. Mydream flight popped up. That is their web name. I paid the initial £100 deposit to Comfy Tickets which is their trading name. Problems started when I went to pay money towards my flight. I was then shouted at so i was rude back to the lady. She then cancelled the ticket (which i wouldn't of been travelling till Nov 2023). To date i have NOT received my initial £100 deposit. My personal experience with this said company is that they take your deposit. Provide fake intinery. Not even registered with Civil Aviation Authority. Not ATOL or ABTA protected. I have had the phone hung up on me on numerous occassions. Even had one of their staff telljng me that I will not get back a penny until i take my review down. Firstly they are in Breach of Contract. Mydreamflight now have the cheek and thr audacity to complain to TRUSTPILOT and that i must get in touch eith Mydreamflight so they can better understand my experience. Your a fraudulent scammjng company that takes consumers money and no flights or anything msterialise. All the reviews about you and Comfy tickets are scammers at their finest. I have sent Comfy ticket a letter of Cout Action. To date no reply. I wiil NOT be replying to My dreamflights Comfy tickets as they have my email address and phone number. TrustPilot can tell them from me i will not be contacting them no time soon. See you in court.
