I'd like to be real so I stayed on the phone line too long, I wasn't answered and was kept waiting on the phone line. I can understand they were busy but they could have told me. However it was compensated because Agent Peter at the end got me the booking, finally 2 days before I travelled. I did a short hop trip from London Gatwick to Prague in Europe.
