If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t believe the 5 star reviews they have got from other people are genuine. I booked flights at the end of December with this company to fly to Jamaica from London and paid £160 deposit. The total cost of the return flights was £537. They were very quick to take the deposit. My payment due date was 1st February. I called in the 23rd January trying to pay the remaining balance to be told I cannot pay the balance yet. Tried calling again on the 29th Jan and could not get through to anyone. Called again on the 30th January at 9am and was told that someone would call me back in 1 hour. 8 hours later I received a phone call and they inform me my ticket price had increased and I now needed to pay £1600!! Safe to say I didn’t pay this and I requested a refund of my deposit. Im not even sure I would have received my tickets even if I did pay it. I posted this review the same day I cancelled and was refused my refund unless I removed it! I removed it and I have now received my refund and it is safe to say I will not be using this company again. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS
