ANNIE has been quite helpful and professional in her approach to and with customers. Annie does not get angry even when she's provoked, she's calm and cool headed with clients. Although I didn't get my agreed departure date she tried to get me a good deal. I only hope Lufthansa airlines will not disappoint me (their frequent baggage losses or not arriving with passengers) so that Annie's good job will not be marred. WELL DONE ANNIE, YOU'RE A STAR!
