My experience was simply exceptional. The person with whom I dealt with was Miss Mahi. Customer service was to no equal. I have encountered excellent customer service before, but I must reiterate exceptional. I purchased tickets for a family of 6 and no less than on five occasions, since the first call, the person was beyond helpful. Follow up was instantaneous.
