I was trying to book a flight for my husband and came across mydreamflight and paid a deposit of £50 and later found out that the airline I booked was not in operation the UK at the moment.I want to specifically appreciate Mahi, she kept on calling me for over two weeks and I kept missing , but she did not give up until she got to me, but unfortunately my husband had traveled.She was very understanding and issued me with a voucher for my husband to use on his next travel. I want to say that she is very efficient and sympathetic, although she’s doing her job, but, she’s doing it with utmost passion, understanding and sincerely.I will definitely do business with them again.Well done Mahi, I am one happy customer, and thank you.
