This service is a scam. I was lured in by a low ticket price and paid a deposit, but instead of the promised two days to finalize payment, I was given two weeks. When I informed them I couldn't pay within that time, they extended the deadline. I requested a booking confirmation and airline reference, but when I contacted the airline, they only had a reservation for an infant. None of my family members were booked. I asked for a refund due to this fraudulent situation, but they insisted on charging cancellation fees. I refuse to pay any fees since no bookings were made for us. I'm currently fighting to recover my deposit. One of their representatives handled my booking, but I strongly advise staying away from this service.
